A video call by appointment with the maker of TRAX3D and TRAX Control. You share your screen, we look at your layout or your control together, and you get answers to what you did not find in the manual or on the forum.

Why a call helps
About YOUR layout
Not an example but your own drawing: heights and grades, turnouts, tables, terrain, overhead line, the building plan, or setting up and running in TRAX Control.
You learn the way of working
You don't just get the answer, you see how it is done in the program. Afterwards you can do it yourself.
What you get
- A video call of at most an hour and a half, at a time that suits us both.
- About TRAX3D, TRAX Control or both. More people may join, a few members of your club for instance.
- In Dutch or English. We understand German fairly well, but speak it less well.
- Whatever is not finished in the call goes into your ticket as remaining points, and we follow them up.
€200,00 per call, VAT included
To be fair: we cannot promise that every problem is solved in the call. We do promise that we look at it properly together, and that nothing is left lying without you knowing what comes next.
How to ask for one
- Open the support form and choose "Personal consultation request". Say what it is about and, if it is about a layout, choose that layout.
- Propose at least two times, in your own time. We see them in ours, so you don't need to convert anything.
- We confirm one of your times in the ticket, with a payment link.
- After paying you get the link for the call.
